Cases where exchange or return is possible:
- Within 7 days from the date of receiving the product,
However, if the packaging of electronic products has been opened or damaged, and the value of the product has been compromised, exchange/return is not possible.
If the content of the supplied product or service is different from or not fulfilled as described in the advertisement, you can exchange or return within 3 months from the date of supply or within 30 days from the date you became aware of the fact.
Cases where exchange or return is not possible:
- If the products are lost or damaged due to your responsibility. However, cases where the packaging was opened for the purpose of checking the product’s contents are excluded.
- If the packaging has been opened or damaged, leading to a loss in the value of the product.

Note that regulations of returns or exchanges due to defective pixels on devices such as laptops with LCD, LCD monitors, digital cameras, etc., may vary according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.)
- If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to your use or partial consumption. However, in the case of cosmetics, it is limited to cases where samples are provided.
- If the value of the product has significantly decreased to the point where reselling is difficult due to the passage of time.
- If the packaging of products that can be replicated has been damaged.
