  • ProductsI’m curious about storing and post-use care of the products.

    Product Storage: Avoid exposing the products to extreme heat, cold, or rapid temperature changes, and keep them away from direct sunlight.


    Store the products in a well-ventilated and dry place.


    Bathrooms might not be suitable due to frequent temperature and humidity fluctuations.


    Post-Use Care: After using the product, make sure to wipe off any remaining residue around the opening of the product container and securely close the lid.


    This applies not only to products in storage but also to products you use daily. Always close the lid when the product is not in use. 

  • ProductsWhen can I purchase a product that is temporarily out of stock?

    The restocking time for temporarily out-of-stock products varies depending on the item. 


    It could be as quick as 1-3 days for some products, while for others, it might take a few months.


    However, please be aware that in some cases, products might be discontinued and unavailable for restocking. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.

  • ProductsDo I need to cleanse even if I haven’t worn makeup?

    Yes, even if you haven’t worn makeup, it’s important to cleanse your skin. Cleansing is not only about removing makeup; it’s also about getting rid of impurities such as dust, sebum, and external pollutants that accumulate on your skin throughout the day. Cleansing also helps relieve the stress and fatigue of your skin.


    To cleanse your skin, start by using a makeup remover for point makeup, then use a cleansing cream (or water, oil) to remove overall makeup. Gently press with a tissue and cleanse with a foam cleanser for double cleansing. This routine helps keep your skin clear and less prone to troubles.


    If you haven’t worn makeup, you can skip using a cleansing cream (for the first step) and use a foam cleanser alone.

  • Order & PaymentI want to check my ordered items and payment status.

    After logging in, you can use the [ORDER] section in the top menu.


    - For members, click on “Delivery Inquiry” after logging in to view your order details and status.


    - For non-members, go to [Order & Delivery Inquiry] in the top menu, log in with your name and resident registration number to view your order details and status.

     

    * If payment is not confirmed within 7 days after ordering, the order will be automatically canceled.

     


  • Order & PaymentAfter canceling a card payment, I haven’t seen the confirmation from the credit card company yet.

    A Card transaction cancellations are processed immediately, but depending on the credit card company’s circumstances, it may take about 3 to 7 days for the cancellation to be reflected. 


    Additionally, if the cancellation is processed after the billing process of the credit card company is completed, the refund may be processed in the next month’s credit card bill payment.


    Please understand that the duration of the billing process varies according to the card billing date, and you can inquire about this directly with the relevant credit card company.

  • ShippingWhich courier service is used for delivery?

    It is delivered using the fast and secure service of CJ Korea Express.



  • ShippingHow long does shipping usually take?

    Typically, it takes about 1-3 business days from the shipping date for delivery. 


    However, there might be delays during periods of high logistics volume for the courier. Please understand that it’s difficult for us to provide an exact delivery date.

  • Exchange/Return/RefundI applied for cancellation, but the cancellation was withdrawn.

    A. Even if the website indicates that the item is in the process of being prepared for shipment, the product may have already been shipped.

     

    In the case of shipping, the status on the website does not change to “Shipping” in real-time as soon as it’s dispatched from the logistics center. 

     

    It’s a system where all products are sent and then the status is updated to “Shipping” on the website.


    Therefore, even if you request cancellation, if the item has already been shipped, the cancellation might be withdrawn later.

    For cancellation requests, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service center (+82-70-4820-6118) or leave a message on the 1:1 inquiry board. This way, we can assist you with canceling and provide guidance quickly and accurately.


  • Exchange/Return/RefundI canceled after paying with my credit card, but the card payment was charged.

    When a product paid with a credit card is canceled, the credit card authorization is automatically canceled as well.


    If you received a card statement for the canceled product, it’s because the card company generated the statement before the cancellation was processed.


    If you’ve been billed for the canceled amount on your credit card, the credit card company that received the cancellation will refund you, cancel the authorization, and restore the credit limit accordingly. For details about the refund method and date, please contact the relevant credit card company.


    The time required for the cancellation of the card authorization depends on the verification process of the card company and the payment gateway, typically taking around 4-5 days after the order cancellation (excluding Saturdays and holidays).

    At Derma Maison, we always strive to create products with safe and gentle

     ingredients to ensure they are suitable for all skin types.


    However, when skin troubles occur, there can be a wide range of factors involved, 

    and it’s possible that the ingredients in the product may not be compatible with your skin.
